Dr. Les Parrott is a fantastic writer! Love Like That is not what I had expected it to be! It was even better. This book is an easy read with concepts that all believers can understand and apply to their life. If we are to love God and love people, then this book is a perfect read to model those behaviors with 5 qualities that are explained in chapter by chapter.
I love how this book looks at scripture and gives the reader a way to practically live out loving like Jesus, but doing it authentically, not out of doing, but out of being. This book really made me examine my heart and the why behind whether I would love someone like Jesus or why I may not. It helped me check my heart motives, which I loved.
Overall, this book is a great read and has some great pointers that I have never though of! You'll be better for reading this book. Your relationships will never be the same and you will love Jesus differently after this book! I highly recommend this book! I give this book 5/5 stars!
