My Thoughts:
The Healthy Living Handbook is a practical and completely useful book to help give the reader tips on how to be more engaged with life, to live longer and to have a healthier lifestyle all together. This book encompasses your soul, mind, body and spirit. I love her nutritional information with a balance approached with helping the reader to understand that taking care of one's health is important. I think the way that Laura explains things in this book makes it very practical and allows the reader to make lifestyle changes at their comfort level without feeling pushed. Overall, this book is very informative and has Biblical sound advice on health that you will not find in most places. I really thought this book had a great information. I give this book 4.5/5 stars.
