My Thoughts:
Emily Stroud does a fantastic job of talking budgets, finances and the tools to be financially successful in a way that is exciting. For many, finances can be boring and stressful, but Emily writes this book in a way that makes the reader excited to get their money in control. Although this book is about money and how to manage your money, I love that first, Emily is a mother and wife and second is her job as a financial advisor. Most of us could learn from that. We need to find our roles not as our jobs, but who we are in Christ. This book is one that will help give you the basics of money, understand terms that you may have never heard before or even know the definitions of loans that you wondered what they meant. For anyone who is looking to improve their relationship with money, this book is for you! I highly recommend it and give it 4.5/5 stars.
