My Thoughts:
"The Power of Your Leadership" by John C. Maxwell is a great little book full of great truths on leadership to take on the go with you! We all want to lead people well and lead them in a direction that brings them to the next level. No leader wants to admit defeat, nor lead their team astray. However, a leader isn't just based on positioning. A leader can be someone who has no high position anywhere, but simply leads in their current position. Anyone can make a different right where they are planted. If you are passionate about what you are doing, others will see that spark and want to do it too! Give your life more meaning and find passion in all that you are doing. Bring people around you who can challenge you, but also help you grow in your leadership and you will see how much your leadership style will be impacted positively. I give this nugget of wisdom 5/5 stars.
