My Thoughts:
"Eat Beautiful" by Wendy Rowe is a beautiful book. Simply put. It is broken down into sections for every season, which makes this book so wonderfully organized. You can gain some much useful knowledge and information in a short time from reading one recipe on how to better take care of your body and skin. Some of the ingredients are a little far fetched, but with time, I can see that this will become a lifestyle change for better skin and an over all healthier person! This is a must book for anyone who wants to learn how to better take care of their body and skin. It is worth every single penny! I highly recommend this book not only for its education, but for its beauty! I give this 5/5 stars and was not required to write a favorable review by the publishers.
