My Review:
If you're looking for a book that gives you a plan on how to trim your waistline, improve your overall health, decrease your sugar, eat delicious and healthy food "Trim Healthy Mama" has the perfect plan for you. This book has an easy approach to effective eating to reach your weight loss goals and health goals. This book is perfect for your family or for mothers. This book is more than a diet, it is a lifestyle and a movement among women who are wanting to get healthier, eat better and provide more nutritious foods for their families.

I found these things to be helpful. I am currently not on this plan, but I am looking to incorporate many of the things talked about in this plan in my daily living and life style. I want to continue to eliminate sugar from my diet, the time savings tips to cooking and the pantry stocking tips to help me achieve my lifestyle goals.
