The weather here in the mitten is FREEZING! Honestly, I could go without the snow. It looks pretty, but negative temps are not good for running in.
Speaking of running, i've been slowly hitting the dreadmill again. Last year wasn't my year of running. My body was completely on hiatus! I was also losing a ton of weight! It was the year of weight loss.
Returning to running has been AWESOME!
Last night as I was running on the dreadmill, I ran 2 miles with a 21:55. I am not a huge fan of the treadmill, that's reason why I call it the dreadmill, but I'm pushing through to get faster.
That's not my fastest pace, not my slowest pace. I'll keep working on it. I'm training for a half marathon and a 25k coming up this spring.
