The 1 mile Success

They say you start where you start.. Well, I'm starting at rock bottom. Last week friday I ended up in ER with Costocondriris, which is inflammation of the rib cage / cartilage. It's so painful. 

You actually think you could be having a heart attack from the deep chest pains, but thankfully that was not the case. I was told no heavy breathing.. Like I'm going to listen?

Yesterday, I hit the gym and biked it for 40 mins and then jumped on the track for a mile run.

I was in my glory days! It was beautiful!! Although I was slow, I had a blast! I shouldn't have been huffing and puffing as much with my breathing, but a mile is done and I'm not even suppose to be running. Of course, my chest flared up and the inflammation kicked in, but well worth the mile run!

Q: When do you push yourself beyond physical limits ?

Oh Sarah, I'm sorry about your hospital trip. Glad you are feeling a bit better. Love the Griswald family Christmas shirt!

I'm glad it wasn't a broken rib but seriously - BUBBLE WRAP FOR CHRISTMAS!

I push myself too much. Still not feeling 100% but I'm back to hard workouts.

It seems the hospital and I have become great friends, but I refuse to give up on running!

I do need Bubble wrap for Christmas! That would be an excellent idea!!

You are crazy dear... I dislocated a rib earlier this fall and it was soooo painful, especially to breath!
