MiddleI was also testing out this Run Disney no slip grip head band from Sweaty Bands. In the middle of my run, I could feel it slipping a bit.. GRrrrrrr..
It's so great to be slowly back in the running groove, even if it's a mile here and there. My mileage will build up, I will keep stretching, rolling, ect and I will come back with faster times. I'm determined to do this running different.
