Living like a mummy.

Running hasn't been a huge priority these days. As much as I love running, health has come first. As I mentioned I recently switched to a new doctor and feel completely blessed. He however, wanted to do some retesting of his own, so today I had a 6 hour EEG!
My brain was filled with wires, I looked pretty cool!  An EEG, or electroencephalogram, is a test that can help diagnose epilepsy. During an EEG, the electrical signals of the brain are recorded. This electrical activity is detected by electrodes, or sensors, placed on the patient's scalp and transmitted to a polygraph that records the signals. This test will help to see if I was diagnosed incorrectly the first time and to find out why treatment hasn't worked.

Even in a hospital, I can make anything fun. The tech I had was an awesome guy! He taught us a lot about Epilespy and even talked a bit about brain surgeries for the right candidate. I'm  hopping we got some good results and they will be able to pin point this thing and get it taken care of.

In the meantime, hang in with me as I get this messy thing straightened out. I'll be hitting the pavement more frequently and doing a few giveaways this month!
Happy Friday Eve!

Well, ya gotta laugh! It doesn't make sense to get angry. I'll get angry when the hospital bill comes! Watch out for that post !
