Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
I am sorry that I've been on a little bit of a blogger hiatus this week! I didn't plan on this, but the week was kinda nuts.
It started with not feeling well last week Sunday and that set the tone for the rest of the week. I was a having a lot of stomach pain that was not getting better and pain in other areas. Ibuprofen was helping, but didn't make the pain subside enough for me to feel comfortable.
I went to the doctor on Tuesday where they were concerned about appendicitis and sent me for an ultrasound. The ultrasounds all came back negative and the pain continues to happen.. Sigh.. I am sure I will be headed back tomorrow..
Also, I'm not sure if I'm picking up a cold, but a lot phlegm is coming up. My poor husband is sick too..
I've got a lot of catching up to do and will in the days to follow let you know what I've been reading and doing..
For the week: My workouts were minimal.
Monday: 1 hour training group.
Sunday: 1hour Elliptical, 30 mins treadmill walking
This afternoon, I've spent time working out, cleaning, blogging and doing a Bible Study. My hubby had to work :(
