Running {update} + Health

First, no secret that I am training for Disney Marathon.. So let me telling you how that training has been going..

Check out that bling! AHHH!!! It is so sweet! I would love to add it to my collection..   Speaking of adding it to my collection, I am looking to get a wall medal holder.. I hate how mine don't have a place.




I have not been putting in quite the mileage I did while in Georgia.  It has been a struggle to run. The longest I've done is a 6 miler. This week I have done a 3 miler and a 2 miler.  My training schedule has me at a 3 miler on Saturday and  9 miler the following saturday. I am going to try for another 6 miler this Saturday, but let me tell you what's been bringing down the running..


I have had some pain the lower left abdominal region.. I actually believe it has something to do with my ovaries. The pain has significantly intensified over the past couple of day and is very sore after any type of physical activity, which is getting me down! The longer I run, the more intense the pain..

It is getting me frustrated.. I am going to the doctor today, hopefully we will have a game plan! Until then, I am going to stay positive, keep training and put one foot in front of the other..
 Heres a picture from my gym workout from the other evening.. I love to workout at the Y and then take a dip into the pool!!


 Summer days are winding down and that means I am going to start my new job soon! I am so nervous! I am trying to channel all of my anxiety into working out....

 I am also looking for a good foam roller... Any recommendations????
