I started off running 5k events and I probably could get better times if I would focus on shorter runs, but I just love long runs.. Oddly enough, I would rather beat my body than run easy runs.. Interesting how that is... I don't know why I do it, but I do it...
Today, I completed 14 miles and it was a heck of a run. I hurt in places I can't even begin to describe. My body is EXHAUSTED!' I have trained for the River Bank Run (25k) happening May 12 since January. I thought it would be fun to look back at pictures from this journey..

These are pictures taken from my 14 mile run today.. I am very excited and feel well accomplished. I know I am not going to PR the race, but I am just thankful that I have been seizure free and God continues to allow my body to run!
