Cindy Woodsmall is the author of many novels including my recent review on The Christmas Singing. I have had the opportunity to review Cindy's new book, The Scent of Cherry Blossoms. The story takes place in Apple Ridge when Annie Martin, a Mennonite Woman who is sent to live with her grandfather because Annie and her mother are at odds with one another. Annie reunites with an Older Amish man, Aden Zook. Aden supports his brother and father due to injuries. Annie steps in to help and begins to find her feelings of love for Aden.
Annie and Aden struggle with their feelings. If Aden acts on his feelings for Annie, Moses might shut down the family restaurant, which will mean Aden's brother and father will lose their financial support. If Annie acts on her feelings, she may be forced to leave her grandfather. Will Annie and Aden commit to being together or will they let their hardships tear them apart?
You will like this book.. It is a quick read and nice little romance story! Happy Reading!
